Shocking Rust in the Strut Tower, Is it even Fixable? 1998 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS

I had no clue the rust was going to be this bad after cutting back the Fenders on my 1998 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS. I am not even sure if this is part of the strut tower or just panel that seals it all off. The deeper I get into the car the more rust just keeps showing up. I cant wait to finally remove all of the rust and finally get to the point of working on something other then Rust Removal! #rust #subaru #gc8 #restoration
