Sat Nam beautiful souls ✨ In this live practice, we came together for Kirtan Kriya (Sa Ta Na Ma), one of the most powerful and timeless meditations in Kundalini Yoga. This meditation weaves together mantra, mudra, sound current, and inner focus to guide the mind back into clarity and presence. As taught in the Kundalini lineage, where the mind goes, the energy follows — and here, we give the mind something sacred to rest upon. The mantra Sa Ta Na Ma reflects the cycle of life: SA – Infinity TA – Life NA – Transformation MA – Rebirth As we move through the sounds and finger movements, we gently cycle through release, renewal, and remembrance of our true identity — Sat Nam (Truth is my identity). This practice has also been explored for its effects on brain health, with consistent practice linked to improvements in memory, mood, stress levels, sleep, and cognitive function. In this session, we move through vocal chanting, whisper, silent (mental) repetition, and then return again, along with a visualisation of light moving through the crown and third eye.
