[Ingredients] *Herb Breadcrumbs (serves 10) Breadcrumbs: 100g Garlic: 8g Parsley: 30g Rosemary: 2g Shallots: 20g Olive oil: 30cc *Whole grain mustard sauce (serves 5) Shallots: 10g Madera wine: 100cc Bouillon: 100cc Whole grain mustard: 10g Honey: 5g Olive oil (as needed) Chicken thigh: 1 (serves 2) Dijon mustard: 10g Hello everyone.
