Judge Rips Man as a ‘Killer and Coward’ at Sentencing

Efrain Medina, 47, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapons charges in the death of 36-year-old Natalie Ramstrom, who was found in Medina’s home after she was shot in the head and left covered in garbage bags. The plea brought closure to a case that dragged on for years after Medina stood three trial times, each time ending in a mistrial.
