Place the onion and chili pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5, then scrape down the sides. Add the diced bacon, grated mozzarella, herb crème fraîche, ground beef seasoning, and chopped chives and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3. Dust your work surface and pretzel sticks with a little flour and roll them out thinly with a rolling pin. Spread the crème fraîche mixture on the pretzel sticks, cut them lengthwise with a pizza cutter, roll them up, and place them on the prepared baking sheets. A little grated Spread the mozzarella on top and bake at 200°C (390°F) on convection/fan oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chives, and enjoy! Bon appétit!
