Why waste the moong dal chilka when you can turn it into crispy, tasty and healthy kachoris? 🌱✨ This Chilke Wali Moong Dal Ki Kachori is a simple zero-waste recipe made with everyday ingredients. It's crispy from outside, soft from inside, and perfect for breakfast, evening snacks or chai time. 🥣 Ingredients 2 cups wheat flour (aata) ½ cup besan 2 tbsp suji Soaked chilke wali moong dal (ground with its peel) Mirchi-lehsun masala Dry pudina Ajwain 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1-2tbsp oil Salt to taste Oil for frying 👩‍🍳 Method Grind the soaked chilke wali moong dal along with its peel. In a large bowl, add wheat flour, besan, suji, mirchi-lehsun masala, dry pudina, ajwain, red chilli powder, salt and oil. Add the ground moong dal and knead into a tight dough. Add a little water only if needed. Cover and let the dough rest for 10–12 minutes. Make small dough balls and roll them into kachori shape. Fry on medium flame until both sides turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with ketchup, mango chutney or curd. 💬 Have you ever used moong dal peel in a recipe before?
