Today we’re taking on an efficient CARDIO TONING workout to bring out our best! It’s one of my favorite workouts: WALKING WITH (very light) WEIGHTS. We’re using our lightest dumbbells (or no weights at all!) for this MODERATE routine, but of course there’s just a pinch of challenge to keep us on our toes. While we’re moving, we’re chatting about that word “MODERATE,” and I’m sharing tips for finding your sweet spot and revealing the number one thing you can do to get the MOST out of each workout you do.
