Today SIOP Conversation Series host, Dr. Victoria Mattingly, talks with Dr. Alexis Fink about science for a better workplace. Alexis Fink, PhD, is Vice President for People Analytics for Meta and the President-Elect for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She has been in practice in I-O psychology for over 30 years and previously held leadership roles at Microsoft and Intel. Alexis is a Fellow of SIOP and a frequent and engaging speaker on People Analytics topics. She has authored multiple books and scores of articles and chapters. Alexis earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
