Silft together the plain flour, caster sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. 2. In another bowl, mix togeter the egg, yogurt and milk. 3. Combine 1 and 2 and mix with a rubber spatula until uniform. 4. Heat the frying pan and oil and pour 1/3 of the batter into a circle, cover with a lid and bake over a low heat for about 3 minutes. When the surface has small holes and dry a little turn it over, cover with a lid and bake for another 3 minutes. 5. In another frying pan heat the oil and bake the bacon to your liking.
