The lag aspect of tennis has been a mystery to most. There are plenty of coaches out there that say they know what lag is but they don't transfer the information well enough to students, in my opinion. Now it's my turn. Part of being a successful coach is to be able to simplify the complicated aspects of certain movements. Hopefully I've done a good job of doing that or at least given you a new perspective on it.
