Sardine Run 2026 | Uvongo Beach | Multiple Nettings | 18 July

The Sardine Run delivered another unforgettable day on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast as a massive shoal of sardines moved past Uvongo Beach. The day saw multiple successful sardine nettings, with experienced netters bringing in impressive hauls while other crews narrowly missed the fast moving shoals. That's the unpredictable nature of the Sardine Run. Every decision has to be made in seconds, and the ocean can change everything in an instant. From the drone, the scale of the sardine shoals was incredible, revealing long ribbons of fish moving through the surf. Be sure to watch until the end to see some of the closest aerial footage of today's sardine shoals, giving you a unique perspective of one of the greatest marine migrations on Earth. 📍 Location: Uvongo Beach, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa 🎥 Filmed by: Juelz T If you enjoy South African wildlife, drone footage, ocean life, fishing action and local adventures, be sure to subscribe and join the journey. 📧 Business Enquiries & Licensing [email protected] © 2026 Juelz T.
