Dear unsteady souls :) Today I have the ultimate yoga video for you to practice your balance! So, if you're one of those people who tend to wobble and fall over—be sure to join in! We'll begin with a moment of stillness and gentle mobilization of the hips, sides, and backs of the legs. Then we'll start with a simple sun salutation and two standing sequences, one with twists and one with hip openers. I've incorporated various poses into these flows that will strengthen your legs, improve your awareness, and challenge your balance!
