In today's practice, I'm going to guide you through some simple stretches that you can do to relieve headache tension. I know that migraines and headaches are really common for a lot of people. Fortunately, some simple stretches can really make a big difference in releasing tension in the head, neck and jaw -- and help to bring some relief to that chronic or reoccurring head pain. We are going to be sitting for pretty much all of this practice, so you can sit on the floor on your mat, on a couch, a chair or wherever you feel comfortable. Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
