26 08「忽揮龍口剣」A

For the August 2026 assignment in the magazine "Shokai," we have created a video recording of the five characters "忽戯龍口劍" (Suddenly wielding the dragon's mouth sword) from the 27th line of Fujita Toko's poem "Wabun Tensho 'Shokika'," along with a commentary on the calligraphy technique. We are confident that this will help not only members of "Shokai" but also general calligraphy enthusiasts to understand Matsumoto Yoshisui's Kaisho (regular script) technique. We hope that many people will take a look.
