Rooted in Kouksundo, a Korean mind-body healing tradition, we'll use breath and rhythmic movement to clear stagnant energy, release fascia tension, and boost your vitality. We'll start with flowing movements and self-massage to wake up stuck areas, release fascial tension, and get energy circulating throughout your body. Then, we'll move into lower belly (Ha Danjeon) breathwork—a powerful Korean healing technique that detoxes stale energy, calms your nervous system, and floods your body with fresh oxygen and renewed vitality. We'll close with gentle stretches that help you integrate everything you've cleared, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and energetically recharged. This practice is beginner-friendly but designed for anyone feeling physically tired, mentally foggy, or emotionally heavy.
