Who’s Getting Played?

The plaintiff says he told the defendant he already had a girlfriend after they began dating, but he says she was fine with it. He claims she filed a false robbery charge against him, so he’s suing for bail, plus pain and suffering. The defendant says they’re still hooking up, and claims he’s a player.
