Taking Revenge

The plaintiff says throughout the seven years she dated the defendant, other women often called and texted him. She’s suing her ex for a tax refund he gave her and then took back. The defendant says he’s a club promoter, so women often contact him for business. He claims the plaintiff got a restraining order under false pretenses, so he’s countersuing for attorney fees and emotional distress.
