Lavoro da remoto: INPS fotografa i nuovi equilibri tra imprese, welfare e famiglia
Finding an effective balance between organizational flexibility, corporate productivity, and family well-being is one of the key challenges of the labor market. To take stock of this transition, INPS (National Institute of Social Security) promoted a two-day study program titled "Remote Working: New Balances between Work, Business, and Families" in Rome on June 3 and 4 at the Palazzo Mazzoni Academy. The event brought together key institutional stakeholders, academics, and industry experts to analyze the impacts of a revolution that is reshaping the daily lives of millions of citizens.
