Creating Beautiful Things by Hand & Spring Cleaning Banana Cake with Two Bananas Ingredients: • 2 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 100g sugar • 100ml oil (or melted butter) • 200g flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp vanilla sugar • A pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Mash the bananas with a fork or blend into a puree. 2. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar, mix well. 3. Add oil and mix again. 4. Sift flour with baking powder and salt, then add to the wet ingredients. 5. Mix until smooth. 6. Pour the batter into a greased pan. 7. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
