[臘肉製作方法]

入冬後,天氣開始轉冷,冷風吹吹,是做臘肉的好季節。我先把五花肉用花椒鹽醃製兩天,再稍微把鹽洗掉,晾乾水份一天后用高濃度白酒,糖,醬油醃一個晚上,再次在太陽底下曬四天完成。這個方法做出來的臘肉味道咸香,用來做菜,或直接蒸熟來吃都風味極佳。希望大家喜歡。
