Just as many will say the same about their mothers or grandmothers:) Although cookies are different, although everyone has their own style... So I tried various variants, and then I found the one that I liked the most, doubled the measure, simplified it a lot because I realized that some steps can be skipped without any difference in the result. Practical and very tasty gingerbread that we make in our family when it's winter almost every other day - because they are perfect for us as gifts, they are in front of you, enjoy! NEW YEAR'S CINNAMON COOKIES or CHRISTMAS GINGERBUCKS 2 eggs -200g of butter -200g of powdered sugar -2 vanilla sugars -2 baking powders -2 bags of cinnamon 6 spoons of honey -600-700g of flour powdered sugar for sprinkling Beat (by hand or with a mixer) the eggs and powdered sugar, add the melted butter, then the remaining ingredients, and finally add the flour a little at a time.
