Ballet Arms Exercises - No Weights | Ballerina Workout for Toned, Slim Arms & Back (WEEK 2)
Welcome, dancers, to Week 2 of my ballet arm workout challenge! This week we are upping the difficulty with these no weight ballerina arm exercises, focusing on sculpting strong, slim arms and a toned back through ballet-inspired movements. Perfect for all fitness levels, the exercises in this routine will help improve your strength, flexibility, and posture while helping you achieve that elegant dancer’s physique. Join me as we flow through a series of targeted exercises designed to strengthen the muscles we need for ballet as well as enhancing your overall fitness. If you haven’t seen Week 1 of this ballet upper body challenge I highly recommend checking that out here: • 15 Min BALLERINA TONED ARMS & BACK | Balle... 🩰 What You Can Expect: Toning exercises for your arms and back Strengthening exercises for posture improvement Ballerina style movement An increase in difficulty from the previous workout A short warm up to prepare your muscles for the upper body workout Arm and back stretches to release tension As always dancers, make sure to keep an eye on your form throughout the workout. Make sure your spine is lengthened, ribs are down and your shoulders are squared and relaxed. 📆 Challenge Schedule: Throughout this 30-Day challenge, I’ll continue to post my regular Monday videos. But every Thursday, you can look forward to a brand new upper body workout, gradually increasing in difficulty!
