We'll improve the mobility of our toe joints, resulting in increased flexibility and range of motion throughout the body. The Free Feet Marathon includes 12 lessons over 5 weeks, where we'll improve our toe and foot control. We'll progress gradually from simple to more complex, from unsupported control to control while standing. We'll use various manual techniques to accelerate the results. Two live broadcasts will be held, with questions answered throughout the marathon. Each lesson will improve your awareness and control of your foot muscles, among other things.
