The Head of the Agriculture Division of the Grobogan Agriculture Service, Wahid Muthowal, emphasized that the implementation of the Highest Retail Price (HET) for subsidized fertilizer complies with the provisions of Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 15 of 2025 concerning the Implementing Regulations of Presidential Regulation Number 6 of 2025 concerning the Governance of Subsidized Fertilizer. According to Wahid, the HET is the price of subsidized fertilizer set by the Minister of Agriculture for cash purchase, in specific packaging, and is valid at the point of delivery. In this case, the point of delivery is the official subsidized fertilizer retailer, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). He acknowledged that there are still complaints from farmers due to differing perceptions in the field. Some farmers assume the HET for fertilizer purchases at kiosks includes the cost of direct delivery to the planting location. However, transportation costs are not included in the HET. Wahid added that the Grobogan Agriculture Service, together with Pupuk Indonesia, PUD, PPTS, and the district and sub-district KP3, regularly conduct outreach directly to farmer groups and online to improve farmer understanding. In addition, supervision of authorized retailers has also been tightened. He stated that if any violations persist, PT Pupuk Indonesia will follow up in accordance with applicable regulations.
