Ciclovia del Sole. Scopriamo insieme parte del nuovo tratto da Bologna a Mirandola

Hello and welcome back to hiker.org. Today I accompany you along the new Emilian section of the Ciclovia del Sole, a beautiful route that connects Bologna to the Brenner Pass and is part of the Eurovelo7 cycle path, which will connect the North Cape to Malta along 7,400 km. It is a journey in the suggestive Emilian lowland, which touches various municipalities: San Giovanni in Persiceto, Sant'Agata Bolognese, Crevalcore, Camposanto, San Felice sul Panaro. Stop for a moment: for those who start from Bologna, before arriving at the cycle route, they must leave the city, taking a temporary route that starts from Via Sabotino and passes through Borgo Panigale, coming out on the famous cycle path of the Via Emilia. Returning to our fresh cycle route fresh from the inauguration, starting from Osteria Nuova, in Sala Bolognese, we discover that this part surrounded by greenery is wonderful, where however the sun cycle route is always well signposted. For a good part of the route, the new railway runs alongside. For today I stop at Crevalcore, but I can't wait to continue further ... maybe up to the North Cape!
