Kenyan Riders Individual Time Trial Cycling Race 3

How fast can you cycle alone against the clock? Yesterday, cyclists sought to find this out over a 27km distance with 150m elevation and a lot of headwind. Winning an ITT depends only on your individual strength and endurance, and not on help provided by teammates or others riding ahead creating a slipstream. Held along Kenyatta road from Theta Hotel, watch this video to see how it went down as you prepare to join more upcoming races 😊. Special thanks to Gitonga for helping me collect some of the footage in this video. Top results (Time). Edu Keiya - Elite Men - 36'13 (Course Record) Edward Mahieu - Vets - 41'52" Hashim Zuzu - Hippo - 43'18" Wicliff Kinyanjui - U21 Mamba - 1.04'14"
