In this episode, the first fix electrics are installed, bringing our 120+-year-old farmhouse one step closer to becoming a home. With the stud walls complete, new windows and doors fitted, and the house now watertight, it genuinely feels like we've turned a corner in this restoration project. Alongside the renovation work, we tackle long-overdue maintenance around our 13.5-acre smallholding, preserving historic farm buildings, improving the yard, clearing old electrical cables, and giving several weather-beaten doors and windows a much-needed refresh. It's a week full of progress, practical jobs, and those small improvements that make a big difference over time.
