The highly intelligent man with a master’s degree who could fluently speak 7 languages, earning the nickname “The Professor”, was a mystery to everyone around him. The 5’11”, 280-pound mass monster presented a physique that threatened to collapse the stage every time he stepped on it, making his way from being just another shapeless monster from Europe, into serious Mr. Olympia contention. Once tipped for Olympia glory, he soon became far more well-known as a broken man, haunted by the bitterness of a single loss that to this day is still considered one of the most outrageous robberies in bodybuilding history, one that signalled his tragic downfall. Rather than retire into a life of guest-posing stints and seminars, Nasser chose to open fire against everyone whom he thought had wronged him, from officials and judges to fellow competitors, before resorting to selling his used gym clothes and posing trunks online towards the end of his dying career.
