Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Coat the meat with the spice mixture and leave it to marinate for half an hour. Add the chopped peppers and chicken breast to an oven baking dish, and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are softened. Garlic Sauce 200g natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1–2 garlic cloves (minced), salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled. Optionally, add chopped dill.
