Yup, some of the best light I ever photographed! That says a lot, but wow did Chamonix and Montenvers in the French Alps, next to Mont Blanc, absolutely deliver some of my favourite photos of the year. This a famous place for landscape photography and for a good reason as you get to photograph both the Mer de Glace glacier, Aiguille du Dru and the famous bendy trail.
