Resort Maint. Kawneer Push bar door latch. How it works and maintaining it.

In this case, how to correct a dragging lower latch pin on the push bar door latch. This video shows how these latches are installed, how they work and some of the issues you may/will encounter as they get older. Other videos on this channel show other parts of the system though you may not need to employ the repairs shown. Watching all of them will give you a decent understanding of how the entire installation works. It's very difficult to repair something when you don't know how it works.
