Cooking with Caroline Fleming: Pestos
Today’s episode are four variations of pesto, the classic basil, a green pesto using the ends of fresh carrots, coriander and spinach, a kale pesto and a red pepper pesto. These sauces can be used for pasta, vegetables, grilled chicken, fish, meat or tofu. They can stay fresh if stored in the fridge in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
