Have You Ever Heard of Logroño? -Day 55- Camino De Santiago

*Day 55 (Los Arcos–Logroño)* I started the morning with coffee and chocolate croissants alongside my Bible. At the first town, about 10 miles in, I ran into Silvia, who told me to go to La Laurel, Logroño’s famous street for wine and tacos. On the way in, I met Minju, a Korean pilgrim, and guided her to the parish where we would sleep. I spent time walking around on my own to get food and visit La Laurel, then walked with Morgan and Annie to get churros. A strange Romanian woman found us and led us to the fair, where we had some great churros. At dinner, I sat with the French to practice and talk, and I met Matilde. We talked a good amount while walking through the city and later sat in the parish patio talking about our lives. I also got to talk a lot about God. She is very intelligent, which made me feel a little intimidated. Miles: 25 Total: 904.9 Psalm 92:1-2: “It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praise to your name, Most High, to declare your faithful love in the morning and your faithfulness at night.”
