My journey around the world is a journey inward. Sarah Dodd (United States). Since childhood, she has had to overcome many obstacles to get where she is now. She has always dreamed of traveling and giving talks, and now she is living her dream... In 2012, she found herself immersed in a life that didn't fulfill her and with a long list of unfulfilled wishes. With a burning desire in her heart to communicate positivity and strength to others and to change her life, she worked nonstop for over a year and a half in two jobs, doing double shifts, without vacations or weekends, until she paid off all her loans and felt free to embark on her own path. On this adventure, she has already traveled alone to more than 60 countries, solely through Couchsurfing and taking on new challenges every day. Her dream and personal goal is to travel to every country in the world, although that is just the beginning.
