How to fix the layout of a Terrace House

Sophie recently purchased a charming 3-bedroom terrace in Paddington for herself and her two adult children. Like many classic terraces her home presents unique design challenges. With limited space and tricky circulation, every inch needs to be optimized. After renovating many terraces in Paddington (including my own), I know firsthand how complex these projects can be. Sophie initially wanted a furniture layout, but I also showed her what would be possible if she took things a step further.
