To achieve a truly open-plan layout on the ground floor, all internal partition walls were removed and replaced with two engineered “goal post” structural steel frames. The staircases were redesigned and repositioned to create better flow and enable access to the newly converted loft space. The next phase focused on smart, functional living: a state-of-the-art lighting system, bespoke wardrobes, and space-saving cabinetry were installed throughout. The final touches included stone cladding, feature skylights, sliding doors, and a curated selection of premium kitchen and bathroom fittings, appliances, and soft furnishings—all designed to meet the high aspirations of the brief.
