After peeling off the peppers, let them cool down and we cover them with a plastic bag. We peel their skin off, take their seeds off and chop them as I show in the video. We add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, check its taste, mix them, and fill them in jars. We wipe off the jars and close the lids tightly, put them in the pot, fill with an inch of water and start boiling. After it starts to boil, we boil it for 10-15 minutes. Make them sit for a night and turn them upside down the next day.
