Add the corn kernels into a grinder. While grinding, add: Dried red chilies Garlic cloves Cumin seeds Salt Grind everything into a thick, slightly coarse paste. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add chopped: Onion leaves Curry leaves Coriander leaves Mix everything well. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the mixture in your hand.
