🌿 Traditional Podi Beyyam Bellappalu | Village Cooking in Mango Farm 🌿 In this video, we take you deep into the heart of our peaceful mango farm, where tradition meets nature. Surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and soothing natural sounds, we prepared a delicious and authentic village sweet – Podi Beyyam Bellappalu. We started by melting jaggery in a kadai with water over a wood fire, letting it slowly dissolve into a rich golden syrup. Once it reached the perfect consistency, we filtered it to remove impurities and boiled it again for a smooth texture. Then, we added fine rice flour to the jaggery syrup and mixed it thoroughly to form a soft, smooth dough. A little oil was added to enhance the texture. Meanwhile, on a traditional wood fire setup, we heated oil in another kadai. Carefully shaping the mixture into small portions, we gently dropped them into hot oil and fried them until they turned golden brown and crispy. The result?
