Sugar - 200 g. Water - 300 g. Zest of 6 lemons. Pour 500 ml of vodka (moonshine) into a container, peel the zest from 6 lemons into the same container. (Wash the lemons first, add baking soda and hot water.) Suspend one peeled lemon in the same container, ensuring it does not touch the infusion, 1-2 cm away from the infusion. Close and store in a dark place for 10-15 days. Next, make sugar syrup: 300g of water + 200g of sugar, do not bring to a boil. Pour the infusion into a bottle, leaving the zest in the container, and pour the sugar syrup over the zest for 12 hours.
