2/431: Sport și verdeață pe bulevardul Eminescu din Bălți (am găsit casa Maestrului!)

🏃‍♂️ Episode 2 of my challenge to run every street in Bălți takes me to Mihai Eminescu Boulevard! Today I'm exploring one of the greenest and most fascinating boulevards in the Northern Capital of Moldova — a route that combines urban life, sports facilities, and an important piece of our cultural history. One thing immediately caught my attention: on one side of the boulevard, runners enjoy a modern sidewalk built just a few years ago, while on the other side the old cracked pavement is still there. Fortunately, the beautiful green spaces and the shade of the trees make up for it all. 🌳👟 🎭 The mystery of this episode: following the footsteps of a theatre legend! An iconic figure of Bălți's theatre scene once lived and worked on this boulevard — a distinguished actor and director who dedicated his life to the Vasile Alecsandri National Theatre. During my run, I even passed by the building where the Master lived. Want to know who he was? Watch the episode! ⚽ A boulevard of sports I also ran past the Specialized Football School of Bălți, one of the city's key sports institutions. The energy of the young football players on the field is enough to make anyone pick up the pace. 🙏 A place of remembrance The boulevard is also home to the monument dedicated to the residents of Bălți who lost their lives during the Soviet-Afghan War. 👇 Where should I run in Episode 3?
