Catch, Clean, Skin, and Cook Dogfish - Rock and Chips

Dogfish, a member of the small shark family, are probably not high on the sea anglers list of desirable fish to catch but if you like eating fish they do make a tasty meal provided you know how to deal with them. In this video, I set out shore fishing to target Dogfish (Lesser Spotted Dogfish) for a catch and cook video, and show how to prepare the fish. I cook a homemade recipe version of a fish and chips shop favourite Rock and Chips.
