Catch, Clean, Stuff, and Cook Squid!

The autumn is a great time of year for Squid fishing in Cornwall so I headed out on the kayak to take advantage of their availability and focus on catching a few for the dinner table. I managed to catch my PB (personal best) Squid of 3lb 10oz, which was pleasing. The video shows how to catch Squid in deep water, and how to clean and cook them using a tasty stuffed Squid recipe.
