[Ai Hayakawa] After graduating from the Music Department of Utsunomiya Junior College High School, she graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts, majoring in Vocal Music (Soprano). She is currently a first-year student in the Master's program at the same university. She received the Encouragement Award upon graduating from the Nikikai Opera Training Institute's main course (special scholarship student). She completed Sona Ghazarian's vocal masterclass at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and received a diploma. She won the Audience Award at the graduation concert. She won first place and the Music Contemporary Newcomer Award at the 40th Soleil Vocal Competition. She sang solo at the opening ceremony of the 98th All-Japan High School Baseball Championship Tochigi Tournament, and appeared in Shiki Theatre Company's production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and Yamakai TV's "Beauty and the Beast - The Ballet Show." She played the role of Tsuru, a courtesan, in the Japan premiere of the opera "Utamaro's Love." She received the 33rd Tochigi Prefecture Image Enhancement Contribution Award.
