Back to School Meal Prep 🌿 | Making Busy School Mornings Easier

With school days beginning again, I spent part of my weekend preparing a few simple things to make the week ahead a little easier. In this video, I'm sharing a realistic two-day meal prep that includes vegetable prep, millet dosa batter, homemade paneer, wheat bread, broccoli tikkis, roasted makhana ready for the school week. Nothing elaborate or perfect — just simple preparations that help busy mornings feel calmer. 🌿 🥦 Broccoli Tikkis Broccoli Boiled Potato Oats powder 2 tbsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp Grated ginger 1/2 tsp green chilli or red chilli powder Coriander leaves Salt Mix everything, shape into tikkis and refrigerate or freeze until needed. 🍞 Whole Wheat Bread Wheat flour 3.5 cups Salt 1 tsp Warm milk 1.5 cups Sugar/jaggery 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Instant yeast 2 tsp Dosa Dosa rice 2 cups Foxtail millet 1 cup Urad dal 2 tbsp Methi 1 tbsp • Wheat bread: Store at room temperature for 2–3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days. • Broccoli tikkis: Refrigerate for 2–3 days or freeze for up to 1 month. • Roasted makhana: Store in an airtight container for 1–2 weeks. • Paneer: Store submerged in water in the refrigerator to help keep it soft. ✨ Don't discard the whey from homemade paneer.
