Crimson desert is the best action rpg I've played in decades. No offense to Elden Ring. Elden Ring is great, but Elden Ring is a souls game. I know they have similar systems but it would be like comparing GTA San Andreas to an rpg. Yes, there are stats that you have to work toward, but these are very different games. Blend gta and Skyrim and you'd be close to crimson desert, but it is so much more than that. Over the last few months since Crimson Desert released it has had extensive updates, fixing issues present in the game faster than any developer in the past. Seriously, Pearl Abyss is on it. They care about this game because they know the potential of what they built. It really does show even since I've started a few weeks ago, I'm noticing the improvements. The game is smoother and faster. I wonder at this pace, what crimson desert will look like in a year, in two years, at its 5th year mark.
