HABITS
There are good HABITS (actions that improve your well-being or productivity), bad HABITS (behaviors that have negative consequences) and cognitive HABITS (fixed ways of thinking or feeling) It can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months for a new behavior to become automatic. We can do this! #badhabits #goodhabits #scripture
