Real Porch Talk: Anxiety & Me – The Warning Signs I Can't Ignore

In today's Real Porch Talk, I'm sharing my personal experience with anxiety and some of the warning signs that tell me I may be heading toward overwhelm, burnout, or an anxiety crash. As someone who is autistic, has ADHD, and has dealt with anxiety for most of my life, I've learned that my body often sends warning signals long before I realize what's happening. Things like eye twitching, neck tension, overthinking, irritability, exhaustion, difficulty focusing, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed can all be signs that I need to slow down and take care of myself. For years, I ignored these signs because I was so busy taking care of everyone else. Now, I'm learning to recognize them earlier and listen to what my mind and body are trying to tell me. This video is based solely on my personal experiences and is not medical advice. Everyone experiences anxiety differently, but if you can relate, I'd love to hear your experiences in the comments. 💜 Have you noticed your own warning signs before anxiety or burnout hits?
