Naseem - Morigasaki Beach

‘Morigasaki Beach’, a song by Dr. Daisaku Ikeda. The time is ‘World War II’ around August 1947, the skies are filled with air raid sirens and the pain of war. The location is the ‘Morigasaki Beach’. It’s a time of confusion and worry among the youth, looking for hope and direction about their future. With the setting sun and the salty breeze in the background, a young Ikeda and his friends are pondering about the future and what path to follow. They inspire each other through songs and music. They sense each other’s loneliness and sorrow, not knowing if they would meet again. Going their different spiritual paths, they bid adieu and wish each other well, among the silver waves of ‘Morigasaki Beach’. Naseem performed 'Morigasaki Beach', at the Expo 2020, Dubai on 26th Feb 2022.
