Ha Ha Yo (An Ode to Mother)

‘HA HA YO’, (An Ode to Mother) is also based on a poem written by Dr. Daisaku Ikeda, but it has evolved as a part of the poem was adapted into Arabic by the esteemed poet, Dr. Shihab Ghanem. This song was sung in Japanese, English and Arabic. The poem highlights the strength and courage of a mother. Much as a child would lose his way without a mother, so would the world without her presence. The poet pays homage to the storms, the sorrows and endurance of every mother. The song highlights this beautiful sacrifice that each mother makes for their children. Among all the challenges they find joy for the world of their child. The poet wishes that until her dreams come true and she takes flight among the cloud, she should remain strong and healthy. Naseem's performance of 'HA HA YO' at Expo 2020, Dubai on 26th Feb 2022.
